Out of the Box International, together with partners from Xul Foundation (Spain), Impact Hub Zagreb (Croatia), InCo Association (Italy), Dynamic Development (Turkey), Spanish Volunteer Platform (Spain) and GaragErasmus (Belgium) have drafted local and international advocacy plans for the project “IYE-LABs: Promotion of Inclusive Youth Environments Through Testing Innovative Experiences for Social Labs for Volunteering”.
OTB has acted as a facilitator for the process of each partner establishing their own plans for advocacy within the framework of their activities.
Depending on the typology of the partnership within the project, each partner, with support and framework provided by OTB, has created its own action plan. These advocacy action plans were based on the framework of events implemented by each partner. Local partners (dynamizers) included the aspects of advocacy into their training programmes, working sessions, IYE-LABs activities, local pilots, sustainability plans and finally, dissemination results. International partners (IYE Watchers) will be incorporating the policy and advocacy activities on a more international dimension, such as during the transnational event for sharing good practices, the final conference and various dissemination activities on international level. The aim of the plans is to involve each partner in the proposed activities in a natural way, creating an achievable goal-oriented plan customized to the needs and capabilities of each partner.
The plans will be an instrumental part in drafting the policy recommendations and policy brief, based on the feedback received from all partners.
