We are glad to announce that JA Europe with its project “Why Europe matters” is the winner of the “Out of the Box Award 2018”.
The jury has decided to award the project of JA Europe and European Roundtable of Industrialists “Why Europe matters” which builds synergies between young people’s ideas, EU and local authorities and the business sector. This year the jury decided to give only one award, since the winning initiative promotes the European dream through innovative and engaging youth ideas, inclusive policy and finally successful business models. The jury believes that the project “Europe matters” is a great example of how the European dream could be mainstreamed in an innovative way reaching out to and engaging different stakeholders striving for common goals.
The jury was composed by four members: Dino Babic (Croatia), Evren Ergec (Turkey), Antonis Polydorou (Cyprus) and Marko Paunovic (Serbia/Portugal).
The ceremony will take place in the European Parliament on 11th of April, followed by Panel co-organised with EPA, ALDE and Out of the Box International.
