OTB is thrilled to introduce a new project we’re proudly on board with — GREEN AT YOU: Social Innovations for Inclusive Green and Digital Jobs. Imagine a world where social innovation meets environmental sustainability, where digital skills open doors to inclusive employment opportunities. GREEN AT YOU aims to turn this vision into reality by empowering groups at risk of social exclusion by providing essential skills for green and digital jobs.
Project Overview:
Within our priority theme of action “Sustainability Incubator”, our mandate extends beyond countering environmental impact to protect the most vulnerable collectives from the effects of transitioning to green economies, specifically, collectives at risk of marginalization (people with disadvantaged backgrounds and with fewer opportunities). The GREEN AT YOU project will develop and pilot a series of micro-credential certified training modules based on key transversal competences across the EU Competence Frameworks: EntreComp, GreenComp, and DigComp.
Connecting Stakeholders for Collective Impact:
To achieve such an ambitious goal, a trans-sectoral approach is a must, and that exactly is what makes GREEN AT YOU unique: its commitment to collaboration. We believe in involving stakeholders at every stage of the project—from informative sessions and workshops to consultations and piloting activities. Our goal is to create synergies, making the best use of existing knowledge, and collecting valuable feedback to ensure the project aligns with the expectations and needs of both, society and people with fewer opportunities.
