Enrique from Spain and Filipa from Portugal joined the OTB Team.
Enrique comes from Cordoba with a background in Law and Criminology. He worked on human rights, prevention of radicalization and promotion of EU values, Democracy and UN 17 SDGs. We asked Enrique:
What are your expectations for the internship?
I am excited to have a positive impact on my environment and to work on something meaningful and in line with my values. Last, but not least, I am thrilled by networking opportunities with amazing people.
What topic are you passionate about in your professional life?
I found my vocation in EU Advocacy, Human Rights, International Cooperation and Security. That’s why I am eager to become knowledgeable about the EU Area of Freedom, Security and Justice.

Filipa coming from the Azores joined the OTB Europe office.
She holds a degree in public relations with a minor in languages, culture, and literature. Her experience in communication and tourism has allowed her to develop strong skills in effective communication with people from diverse backgrounds. She’s passionate about bridging cultural divides and committed to advancing cross-cultural communication. We asked Filipa:
What are your expectations working in OTB?
Working for OTB I expect to get acquainted with different topics and improve my networking skills, and teamwork and collaboration skills for bigger causes.
What topic are you passionate about in your professional life?
I believe that effective communication is key to success in any field, and I am passionate about using my communication skills to make a positive impact in my professional life.
