Theatre, which has served certain ends since it came into existence, mostly strives to make changes in the traditional structure through its effective power of expression. This branch of art has acquired a privilege with its educational priority in the realisation of smooth and natural flow of the social transition which takes place during the journey from the traditional to the universal with political, religious as well as economic concerns.
Theatre in education is used to encourage effective learning in schools. It calls for careful consideration of the audience’s age and requirements in order to engage them and get the message across.
The partners are working with educators and youth workers on ongoing bases which means they share the need to raise their capacities to address the needs and interests of youth workers and to provide them an opportunity to get involved in international mobility activities.
Preparatory partner meeting took place on the 14th to 16th of September, 2019.
The first planned activity is scheduled to take place on the 2nd to 9th of December, 2019.
The project will be implemented by 5 partners from 4 countries: Belgium (Art of the Box, OTB International), Palestine (Jerusalem Tourism Cluster), Italy (Associazione Promozione Sociale Lafenice Associazone Sportiba Dilettantistic) and Serbia (Centar za Socijalne Inovacije Centrifuga).
The project is co-financed by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Commission.
